Job description
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of critical applications within strategic IT projects.
You will work closely with development and QA teams and actively contribute to test automation and quality assurance improvements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing test automation frameworks
- Creating functional, regression, and integration tests
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Improving QA processes and overall software quality practices
- Collaborating with DevOps, development, and architecture teams
You will evolve in modern, agile technical environments using a variety of automation tools tailored to project needs.

📍 Location: Belgium (mainly in the Flanders region, with possible assignments in Brussels or Luxembourg depending on projects)
Profile
You have experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software development with a focus on testing.
You are familiar with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, or similar, as well as CI/CD environments.
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-driven, with strong teamwork skills in agile environments.
You are comfortable working in international and multicultural contexts.
🇳🇱 Dutch is mandatory (professional working level required), as many projects are based in Flanders
🇬🇧 English is required
🇫🇷 French is a plus
