Job description
Mission Objectives
- Stabilize and industrialize test automation
- Provide technical leadership to QA teams
- Reduce technical debt (ongoing refactoring)
- Improve the overall quality of deliverables
Your challenges will be:
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the test automation strategy
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks
- Lead and coach QA teams (both local and offshore)
- Ensure the quality of automated tests (robustness, maintainability)
- Participate in QA tooling and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and business teams
- Monitor quality KPIs and provide structured reporting
Your game field:
Technical Environment
- CRM tools / digital ecosystem
- Automation: Selenium or equivalent
- RPA: market tools (e.g., UiPath or equivalent)
- Methodology: Agile / Scrum
- Architecture: microservices, with a significant refactoring context
Profile
Technical Skills
- Significant experience (5–8+ years) in test automation
- Strong proficiency in Selenium or equivalent tools
- Good knowledge of test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
- Solid experience in API testing
- Experience in designing automation frameworks and defining automation strategies
- Good understanding of Agile environments
Leadership
- Experience in QA team leadership and coaching
- Ability to structure and mature a QA team
- Excellent communication skills
Assets / Nice to have
- Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments
- Experience in offshore delivery contexts
- Knowledge of CRM ecosystems
- Professional English required
- French or Dutch preferred
