- You are communicative, capable of conveying Agile principles to others, avoiding a passive stance
- You have proven strong communication skills and analytical abilities
You:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree – or equivalent through experience
- You are capable of conveying Agile principles to others, and excel in executing testing activities within the dynamics of an agile environment
- You take initiative in finding the test basis
- Your goal is to efficiently set up and execute tests to continually provide insights into quality
- You are not hesitant to delve into the technical aspects, enabling you to assess quality early on, for instance, after a code inspection.
- You see Test automation as an opportunity to enhance your work further
- Possession of ISTQB certification
- Experience with working in Scrum teams
